Where are you located?

We have 30+ strategically-placed warehouses across the country and can deliver to any location in Canada and the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Our head office is located in Edmonton, Alberta.

Where do you ship from?

Based on your shipping location, we'll ship from the closest warehouse that inventories your product. We have 30+ strategically placed warehouses across the country and can deliver anywhere in Canada and the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Once you’ve entered your postal code, we'll automatically calculate the closest location.

Can I pick up locally?

Yes. On each individual product page, below the “Add to Cart” button, you’ll find a listing of available pickup locations. Once the order has been placed, we’ll send you an email with your collection details. Note that most pickup locations close by 4pm.

Are your prices in Canadian dollars?

We’re proud to be a Canadian company, and all of our prices are listed in CAD.

What is the Loyalty Rewards Program?

How do the pricing levels work?

As you reach the minimum spend per level, your account will be automatically upgraded. Once you move up a level, you’ll receive the benefits of that level for a full year. If you maintain that spend level over the year, you’ll remain at the same level. You can also be moved up or down depending upon your spending over the past year. We’ll send you quarterly updates so you always know your current level.

Shipping

When will my order arrive?

After you place your order, we’ll send a tracking link to the email address associated with your account. Through this link, you can view a number of details including your package’s estimated arrival date. Alternatively, log into your account and select the item that you want to track. The relevant tracking information will be displayed in your account.

Does eMotors ship to P.O. boxes?

eMotors Direct does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How do I return a product?

How do I exchange a product?

Contact our team on 1-800-890-7593 and we'll help you to find the right replacement for the job.

What’s your return policy?

If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we'll be happy to process your return within 30 days of the purchase date. Subject to terms and conditions. Please visit the returns page for full directions.

What’s a restocking fee?

Manufacturers charge a 50% restocking fee. This fee facilitates the time and materials needed to process the return.

How much is return shipping?

We’re proud to offer all customers free return shipping.

Are any items non-returnable?

The following items are non-refundable: Parts and accessories, customized items, special orders, labour charges and freight.

What products do you stock?

We inventory over 20,000 products and have over 30,000 legacy SKUs. We carry a wide range of products including motors, gear reducers, motor controls, bearings, grounding rings, capacitors, reactors, bases, flanges, motor accessories and more. What brands do you carry?

We’re proud to carry a wide variety of motors and motor-related products. What’s a cross-reference product?

Because we carry such a wide range of motors, we often have multiple motors across several brands that could fit your specifications. On each product page, you’ll find a list of cross-referenced products that have identical specifications. This allows you to easily price shop or to find a motor that will ship faster.

How do I cross-reference search for products?

You can use the smart search bar at the top of the screen to start entering product specifications. Alternatively, give our team a call and we'll find the right product match for you. Once you’ve found a motor that meets your specifications, you can view “cross-referenced matches” on its product page.

What’s a legacy SKU?

Manufacturers constantly leverage new technology and retire older models. Because some motors can last 30+ years, we’ve developed a cross-reference search tool to make selecting your next motor as easy as possible. Legacy SKUs cover retired products and those we no longer carry, which is why we always recommend a range of comparable motors that match the same specifications.
