Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty pertains to physical Items, and only for physical goods, purchased from eMotors Direct  (the "Physical Goods").

What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any imperfections or defects  in material or workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, eMotors Direct will repair or replace parts of a product  or the product itself, should it prove defective because of improper material or workmanship at no charge! So long as it has been properly maintained and it was under normal use.

What Will We Do To Correct Problem(s)?

eMotors Direct will either:

  1. Repair the product using new or refurbished replacement parts
  2. Replace the product

It is up to eMotors Direct’s discretion to decide whether repairing or replacing is the better fit for the product.

How Long Does The Coverage Last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods obtained from eMotors Direct is 365 days from the date of purchase.

A substitution Physical Good or part presumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

The Limited Warranty is non-transferable.

What Does This Limited Warranty Not Entertain?

This Limited Warranty does not and will  not apply to:

  • conditions, malfunctions or damages not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  • normal wear and tear
  • damages from operating the product outside its intended use
  • damages that may have occurred during delivery process

Steps to begin your returns

Follow the following steps to complete your returns

  1. Fill out an online form with the details of your order to generate your Return Merchandise Authorization Number
  2. Pack your item properly
  3. Ship your item with the appropriate Return Label and RMA form provided in step 1

30 Day Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it to eMotors Direct within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to conditions and exclusions listed below.

Eligibility Conditions

If return conditions are not met, eMotors Direct reserves the right to refuse to return, or to charge a minimum of 15% re-stocking fee. All return items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box or container; must include packing materials, warranty cards manuals and accessories. eMotors Direct can only refund the original purchase price, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Non-returnable Items

Non-Returnable Items are not eligible for returns. Currently, all parts and accessories are non-returnable items.

Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model. This excludes discontinued products. If a newer model has been updated for the product you have purchased, and it was listed as discontinued at the time of purchase; we reserve the right to charge you the difference for the new model. This is at eMotor Direct’s discretion.

Exchanges

Please allow 3-5 business days to process mail-in exchanges.

Refunds & Credits

Once we have received and inspected your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 business days for transactions to be posted and to appear. In most cases, refunds and credits are issued in the same way you have provided payment at the time of purchase. eMotors Direct will be in contact if there are cases that fall outside of this anomaly. Please note, eMotors Direct can only issue a refund on the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Limited Liability

eMotors Direct is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. eMotors Direct is not responsible for consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale, or use of any merchandise purchased from eMotors Direct. eMotors Direct are only responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise sold only. All damages and/or missing items must be communicated to eMotors Direct within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise.
