Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

We understand that getting product you fast is important, so we move fast. For any orders in Canada, we guarantee that it will arrive within 7 business days. To manage expectations the following is how we expedit your orders.

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, we simply do not have carriers that operate during these days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

eMotors Direct uses a flat rate shipping fee for all orders within Canada and the cost is displayed at checkout as well as in the product page.

Shipping Guarantee

eMotors Direct guarantees that any orders within Canada are to be delivered within 7 business days. To be eligible for the shipping guarantee, the product will be marked with a "shipping guarantee" on the product page. Items that do not have the shipping gurantee are not eligible for the shipping guarantee. If your shipment exceeds the 7 day guarantee, you will be reimbursed the shipping costs for the items that did not arrive on time. If you do have a late shipment, please email us to file a claim.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

eMotors Direct does NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

eMotors Direct ships from Canadian Locations, so customs within the country is not expected. However, eMotors Direct is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


eMotors Direct cares about your package! If there is a package that has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and we will with work the carrier to see what has happened. We would file a claim immediately with shipping company and send another shipment out. We do our best to ensure you recieve your product safely and in the best quality we can.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


There is only so much we can control in terms of shipping. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will be monitoring the status of the shipment and we will contact you via email or telephone.
