Application: Fan Motor
This emotor is to replace a motor that shorted out in a rooftop HVAC unit due to weather conditions. This emotor is an upgrade from the OEM motor. I had some small degree of removing the included shaft key for adjustment, but it did come off without damaging the motor shaft. The motor fit on the mounting plate correctly. It started and operated fine and is working now. Amperage is within normal operating limits according to the rating plate.
