Description

The KBMM Series of DC Drives are rated for 1/100 to 3 horsepower. This chassis full-wave DC motor control is the ultimate in reliability and performance. The drive contains Direct-Fed CL that helps protect the SCR power bridge against shorts due to commutator arcing and prevents motor demagnetization. 25 Amp SCRs and AC line and armature fusing further enhance reliability. A Plug-in Horsepower Resistor® is required to operate the drive and eliminates the need for recalibration when used over a wide range of motor horsepowers. A 5k ohm potentiometer is included.
