NEMA 4X / IP65 Washdown Rated: Sealed die-cast aluminum enclosure with corrosion-resistant coating, rubber-booted switches, and a shaft-sealed potentiometer for wet or harsh environments.

Flexible Motor Compatibility: Jumper-selectable for 115/230V input and 90/180V DC motors.

Speed or Torque Control Modes: Easily switch between precise speed regulation or torque control depending on your application.

Built-In Motor & Drive Protection: Includes short-circuit, transient, overload, and electronic current limit protection to help prevent motor burnout and ensure long-term reliability.

Highly Adjustable Performance: Fine-tune operation with trimpots for min/max speed, acceleration, deceleration, current limit, and IR compensation.

This product requires a resistor and fuse. Please include the HP and voltage of the motor that the drive will use with. This will be included with your drive.

Description

The KBPC Series of DC Drives are rated for 1/100 to 3 horsepower. These drives are housed in NEMA 4X/IP 65 die-cast aluminum washdown enclosures for indoor or outdoor use. The exclusive Short Circuit and Timed Current Limit (TCL) circuitry prevents motor burnout and demagnetization of PM motors. Features, such as a selectable motor current, eliminates unnecessary calibration the of IR and CL trimpots.
