The WEG CFW300 series is a high-performance variable frequency drive designed for three-phase induction motors, ideal for machines and equipment requiring precise speed and torque control with easy operation. With power ranging from 0.25 to 5 horsepower (0.18 to 3.7 kW) and output currents from 1.1 to 15.2 A, the CFW300 supports multiple control modes, including selectable vector (VVW) or scalar (V/F) control, providing flexibility and accuracy across a wide range of industrial applications. The drive is compatible with single-phase or three-phase supply voltages (100–127 V, 200–240 V, or 380 V) to meet the needs of varied installations.

Engineered for easy installation and operation, the CFW300 features a built-in HMI interface for intuitive parameter viewing and programming. Optional plug-in modules allow seamless integration of RS485, RS232, CANopen, Profibus-DP, Ethernet, USB, encoder, infrared, potentiometer, and I/O expansion, making the drive highly adaptable to diverse industrial networks. Flash memory enables quick copying of settings from one drive to another, reducing setup time and ensuring consistent configuration across multiple units.

The CFW300 includes SoftPLC functionality, allowing users to implement and debug small PLC-like control projects directly on the drive, enhancing automation and customization without additional hardware. Energy-saving features, advanced digital and analog inputs/outputs, and optional RFI filtering further improve performance and reliability.
