The Baldor V*S Master® Vector Duty motor with a TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) enclosure is designed for precise, high-performance operation in demanding industrial environments. It delivers rated torque from zero to base speed and operates across a wide 1000:1 constant torque speed range. A standard 1024 PPR encoder provides accurate speed and position feedback, while three normally closed thermostats—one per phase—offer reliable thermal protection. For enhanced durability, all 440T frame models include an insulated bearing on the opposite drive end. This motor also supports a variety of non-stock encoder types and operates with a 1.0 service factor. It’s well-suited for applications such as extruders, conveyors, cranes, hoists, winders, web processing, process control systems, and test stands.
